5th Annual Women's Empowerment Conference

Vendor Application

Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28, 2012

1. Tables for the Women’s Conference are $125.00 each which covers both days. Your table is not reserved until payment is received. Please mail your payment with your application to:

   OR you can go to the "payments" page and  pay online. There is a  $3.50   payment processing fee, however, this is the quickest way to reserve your space.

2. Your fee includes one 6 ft. table, table cloths, skirts, and two chairs. Please note: Meals are NOT included in the cost of registration.

3. Please make your table attractive (lifts, drapes, etc.)

4. Registration will begin at 5:30p on Friday, April 27, 2012. Set up may begin at 4:30 pm. We are requesting that you be completely set up by 5:30pm. The

Conference will end at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2012. Please do not break down before 5:00 p.m.

5. Wilson Ministry Foundation and The Marriott Hotel are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. We will take every precaution to ensure that your merchandise is safe overnight, can make no guarantees. You leave your merchandise at your own risk.
